REFUND POLICY:

If customer does not receive a solution for the primary issue from the date of contract until 7 days, then customer is entitled to request a complete refund from Assuredguard.Net. In case primary issue is not fixed or re-appears within 7 days, then the refund will only be processed once verified by the technical team of Assuredguard.Net. In case customer share computer screen with any other technical support party or a local technical group then Assuredguard.Net would not be responsible for any damages or changes made in the computer and there will be NO REFUND given for the same. Refund or Cancellation request may not be initiated after a successful issue resolution of the primary issue.
